As one of the main stage keynote designers for Facebook’s F8 2017 Developer Conference, I worked hand-in-hand with executives, speakers, PM’s, and PR leads to synthesize messaging around key Facebook product announcements. The final designs I created for Deb Liu, VP of Platform, reached over 4,000 conference attendees and 700+ livestream viewers.

Grand Rounds is a health tech company that is on the mission to provide optimal health and healthcare accessible to everyone. As their contract graphic and production designer, I was responsible for creating custom graphics and illustrations for customer and internal marketing materials. During my time at Grand Rounds, I worked on breadth of projects and mediums from customer email templates to re-designing a company presentation template to company swag.
Lyft brought me in to help build and design a presentation for their Lyft driver event in Fall 2015. To create the deck, I collaborated directly with the CEO, John Zimmer, PR, design, and production teams to synthesize messaging around the announcement of it's partnership with Hertz, Shell, and Stripe.

In early 2016, I launched my own business Right Wong, a creative studio that sells original stationery, textiles, and custom work. After finding success in selling hand painted watercolor cards to a zines and gift shop in SF, I decided it was time to scale my business and began working with a printer to reproduce my watercolor cards. With much deliberation and vetting, I settled on a small print shop in LA and now collaborate with the team there to print my cards and custom invitations. While I am in the early stages of the Right Wong business, I plan to grow my stationery line to include new card designs, calendars, notepads, and more. In addition to the vibrant paper goods, I also offer geometric and modern wall weavings to buy and for commission.
Motto Guzzi is known for it's gorgeous chrome tanks and timeless style. Challenged with the task to realistically illustrate a metallic object and to place it in a print ad for my Illustrator class, I settled on recreating the Motto Guzzi V7 Racer for its sleek style and beautifully crafted details. Through tons of gradient meshes and subtle details, I constructed this V7 Racer part-by-part. To showcase the racer's sophisticated design, I kept the overall print ad layout simple with subtle gradient highlighting and a limited color palette.
In the Spring 2016, Loeffler Randall and Tappan Collective teamed up to offer shoe and art lovers alike a sweepstakes to win $2,000 in gift cards. After promoting this on their social channels and with influential bloggers, I noticed that the landing page for the sweepstakes didn't seem to fit with either brand's aesthetics and didn't highlight some of the original content created by Loeffler Randall and Tappan Collective to promote this sweepstakes. To solve for these issues in this student project, as well as promote the sweepstakes and drive more views to each brand's site, I created a microsite that highlights the benefits of entering the contest, features the Tappan Collective artist collaborations with Loeffler Randall, and includes a simple, yet elegant entry form. Additionally, to drive additional traffic to the microsite beyond social promotion, I created an accompanying digital banner that incorporates Loeffler Randall product and paint splatters that are evocative of the art on the Tappan Collective site.
The San Francisco Data Visualization Summit brings together over 150+ of the industry's top visual designers, data scientists, engineers, and researchers. While graphs might not be the most exciting visual inspiration for some, in this student project I aimed to create eye-catching visuals that incorporated graphical elements in an unexpected way. To promote the summit and encourage sign-up, I created custom lettering with bright graphical visuals that were used in a full-page magazine print ad, a subway stairwrap, and a bus shelter.
Federated Media is known for being one of the first media companies to pioneer branded content. Clients such as Levi's, Gap, L.L. Bean, Method, and Shutterfly come to FM to create custom branded content with bloggers and social influencers and then distribute that content across FM's ad network. As a Creative Marketing Solutions Strategist, I was responsible for ideating and collaborating with clients to bring them organic concepts for branded content. More specifically, I was tasked with designing pitch decks and relevant marketing collateral, as well as create the strategy for campaign themes, social activations, site and blog posts, custom videos, and compatible influencers. The work shown on this page highlights some of the marketing collateral and subsequent influencer content for campaigns that I was directly involved with.

The Spirit Weavers Gathering is a five day celebration of the feminine spirit, a remembering of our ancestors, and a place for skill sharing. This festival takes place at Camp Navarro in the woods of Medocino, California. While I have not attended the festival in person, I aimed to capture the visual spirit of this gathering in a student printed poster project. Custom elegant logotype, along with feminine, earthly imagery and colors embodies the spiritual gathering and reconnection with nature that takes place at Camp Navarro. As an added bonus, the poster folds up into four parts and includes a custom illustrated map of Camp Navarro, as well as critical festival information on what to bring and expect before embarking into the woods.

Chocolate has always been one of my favorite indulgences. When I was tasked with imagining and designing food packaging for my Illustrator class, I couldn't wait to create my own dream chocolate brand: Decades Chocolate. Decades Chocolate aims to represent the chocolate zeitgeist of each decade. Each chocolate flavor packaging is designed with a certain decade in mind and corresponding flavor. For example, the chocolate packaging below celebrates the opulence of the 1920's. After creating my own dieline, logotype, and logo, I evoked the spirit of the 20's by utilizing art deco illustration, a color palette inspired by the textiles of the era, and an eye-catching geometric pattern for the inner packaging.
